Unfortunately it's not the ownership, it's the employees that make or break a business. I've used Cal pet now known as west coast pet cremation 5 to 6 times. The original staff at 1st was great and very empathetic. During the last 3 to 4 years the staff changed quite a few times. I forget who's who ...
